'You have Betrayed Us', coming from the Division Head sounds not only Absurd but also Funny.
It moved on to become threatening when he said 'You have done this to Us, don't do It to Anyone Else, Some or the Other day it Will come back to You'. When charges of unEthical behaviour and unProfessionalism were levelled against me, I asked 'How', and he could not find words to answer Me.

Actually at that time I felt guilty. But now I cant help laughing at the whole incident, which was my resignation. The shining eggshaped bald head of the person blurting out stupidities is all I can remember.

Well I think that the best place to be is in a university, tinkering away with technology while someone pays you for the fun you have. But I think such funds tend to get misused. Alternatively if I started my own Outfit, I would not have the time to see that each employee achieves his personal goals along with mine. Everyone has to think for Him/Her-self.
